How many of you have siblings? I do, and I also have two kids, so I can guarantee that annoying siblings are a universal issue spanning the generations. If only we really could pull a forcefield around us every time something (or someone) was annoying.
I’ve been busy this week planning all the things. I’m determined to make 2025 a big year, full of comics and creativity.
My next big plan is a retrospective diary about my daughter's operation, focusing on what it was like for me as her mum. I sharing my experience can bring comfort to someone else in a similar situation, in knowing that they’re not alone. If not that, at least it will be therapeutic for me! I’ll be posting the diary on here (and on my website), so you can look forward to that soon!
This weekend, I also met with a bunch of local comics artists (can you spot me?). It was so inspiring to sit and plan upcoming events with so many creative minds!
I also got to spend a couple of hours drawing at the cartoon museum with my oldest. It was a lovely gentle afternoon and the perfect way to wind down after a few very busy days.
